Returns Policy

Here at Choice Handles we offer a 30-day money back guarantee returns policy.

All returns are subject to the following conditions.

We must be informed within 14 days of receiving the items that you wish to return the them for a refund.

Item must be returned within the 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be complete, unused and unopened in there originally packaging and fit for resale.

The returns carriage is payable by the customer, we advise that you use a Courier or Postal service that provides Proof of signature and tracking information. We will not be held responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

The following information must be provided in the package with the returned goods.

• Customer Order Number
• Customer Name
• Address
• Contact Number
• Product Codes
• Reason for return

We will refund your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. An email will be sent to notify the customer a refund has been made

We advise that you check your goods and notify us within 7 days of receiving your order of any problem. Customer satisfaction is our focus and we will deal with the problem immediately to get it resolved.
