Can I order over the phone?
Yes! Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. If you’d like to make a payment over the phone, please send us a message and a member of our team will call you back.
Do you offer discounts on large orders or bulk quantities?
Absolutely. For large or bulk orders, please contact us at sales@choicehandles.co.uk for a competitive, no-obligation quotation.
Can I add to or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Yes, provided the order hasn’t already been dispatched. While changes can’t be made through the website, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to help.
I’ve seen the same product cheaper elsewhere — do you price match?
Yes, we aim to match or beat any like-for-like product price. If you’ve found the same item cheaper online, get in touch and we’ll try to offer a better deal.
I need my order urgently — can you dispatch it the same day?
If the item is in stock, we’ll aim to dispatch it the same day. For out-of-stock items needed urgently, we may be able to arrange direct shipment from the manufacturer. Please contact us first, as additional carriage charges may apply.
Do you deal with the general public?
Yes, we’re happy to supply customers directly — whether your order is large or small.
Do you offer trade accounts?
We don’t offer credit accounts through our website. All products are sold on a payment-with-order basis. However, our prices are already discounted to ensure excellent value.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes! Our showroom is located in North Wales and features a selection of display boards with various products and finishes. Visits are currently by appointment only, so please get in touch to arrange a time. If there’s a specific item you’d like to see, we’re happy to order a sample if it’s not currently on display or in stock.
I have a large project that needs scheduling and guidance — can you help?

Can I return an unwanted or faulty product?
Yes, returns are accepted. For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
Please inspect all goods upon receipt. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Delays in reporting may affect your claim. Our team is here to help, so don’t hesitate to get in touch.
