Can I add or cancel something after placing my order?

Providing the order has not already been dispatched. We are unable to do this on the website, but if you give us a call, we are more than happy to help.

have seen the same product elsewhere at a lower price, can you match the price?

More than likely, we aim to provide our customers the best possible shopping experience. We offer a price match policy; we always aim to match or beat the price on any like for like product. If you have seen the product you want online cheaper, please get in contact with us.

I need my order urgently; can you dispatch same day?

If we have the products in stock, we always aim to dispatch the same day. If it is an out of stock item, you need urgently then please call us and we will do our best to get it sent from the manufacturer to meet your delivery deadline. Carriage cost may vary if this is the case so please contact us before placing your order.

Do you deal with the general Public?

Yes, we do. Our dedicated team are happy to supply any order big or small, delivered direct to your door.

Do you offer trade accounts?

We do not provide any kind of credit account through our web site as all our products are on a payment with order basis. Our prices online are already discounted to provide you with the best value. 

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have a showroom located in North Wales with show boards on display of various products and finishes to view. Please keep in mind, due the vast number of products on the website we do not have them all on display. Please call us before visiting if there is something you want to see. If we do not have it on display or in stock, were more than happy to order a sample for you to come and view before purchasing.

I have a large project that needs scheduling and guidance, is this something you can do?

What if there is a problem with my order?

All goods should be checked upon receipt and notification of any damages or discrepancies should be received within 48 hours of receiving them. Anything reported beyond this time frame could affect your claim. Are dedicated sales team are here to resolve any issue so please contact us asap.
