Free Delivery: Orders over £75 are shipped free via DPD Local (UK Mainland excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, and Scilly Isles). These excluded regions are subject to a £15 delivery fee.

Small Orders (under 1kg): Sent via Royal Mail.

Small Orders (over 1kg and under £75): Subject to a £7.49 shipping charge.

Orders under £75: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and location.
Delivery Times
We hold a large amount of stock and aim to dispatch orders the same day or the next working day. Most deliveries are completed within 1 to 3 working days.
However, due to the extensive range of products and finishes we offer, it’s not possible for us to stock every item at all times. As a result, some products may not be available for immediate dispatch. In these cases, we aim to ship your order within 2 to 3 working days. Occasionally, delivery may take a day or two longer due to unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to provide an accurate delivery timeframe.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery progress.
Important: We strongly recommend waiting until your order has arrived before arranging installation with a tradesperson.. We cannot be held responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by delivery delays.
International Orders
We do accept international orders. Simply add your desired items to the cart and a shipping cost will be quoted at checkout.

Short Delivery Policy
We take great care to ensure your order is delivered in full and on time. If you believe an item is missing from your delivery, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may request photos of the packaging and delivery label to assist our investigation. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund for the missing item(s).
Claims made after 7 days may not be accepted, so please check your order promptly upon arrival.
